I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but I still haven’t received a clear answer from anyone.

Just wanted to leave an update here. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response regarding my partnership application. Support continues to ignore my questions, and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through different channels.
For context, I’ve brought more than 140 users through my referral link - and still can’t get even a single clear reply.
Honestly, I’ve never encountered this level of indifference from any company before. If anyone has any advice or has dealt with something similar, I’d really appreciate your input.
