I’m a fitness coach running weight-loss programs, and a lot of people have already used my referral link. However, I still haven’t received any update on my partnership application.
I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but I still haven’t received a clear answer from anyone.
Has anyone else faced the same issue with getting no updates or replies about their partnership status?

Just wanted to leave an update here. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response regarding my partnership application. Support continues to ignore my questions, and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through different channels.
For context, I’ve brought more than 140 users through my referral link - and still can’t get even a single clear reply.
Honestly, I’ve never encountered this level of indifference from any company before. If anyone has any advice or has dealt with something similar, I’d really appreciate your input.
Update - August 2026:
Unfortunately, I still have not received any update on my affiliate application.
In January, WHOOP Affiliates contacted me directly and explained that WHOOP was not expanding the affiliate program because the program was being migrated to a new platform.
It has now been more than six months since that message.
The email address that contacted me (affiliates@whoop.com) is now inactive. I was also previously directed to communities@whoop.com, which now appears to be inactive as well.
For context, I have already referred more than 250 users to WHOOP.
@msteam @Durkin — could you please help escalate this to whoever currently manages the WHOOP Affiliate / Partnership program?
I’m not asking to skip the application process. I would simply like to know whether my original application still exists, whether the new affiliate platform is now operational, and who I should contact to finally receive an answer.
I’m happy to provide the original email from WHOOP Affiliates and my application details privately.
