I’ve been having a lot of issues with my strap lately. Admittedly, I haven’t been sleeping well or consistently and the strap seems to have trouble tracking sleep if I go to bed after midnight. Sometimes it will say I didn’t sleep at all for that day, if I fall asleep at 12:01. And this morning I woke up with 9 hours in bed and only half hour awake and it said I only got 7.5 hours of sleep, wth is that? I’ve been relying on this thing a lot to improve my health but seriously considering something else at this point. Plus the strap itself is very cheaply and poorly made. I take it on and off quite a bit and I’ve had to bend the very thin connecting clasp just to get any bands to work.
I get you @Karandash that’s really frustrating. WHOOP can struggle with sleep tracking when your sleep schedule is inconsistent, especially if you fall asleep after midnight. Sometimes it logs the sleep under the next day or misses the start completely, which is why it can show “no sleep” or cut hours off. You can manually adjust the sleep times in the app too, but the device definitely shouldn’t be this inconsistent.
And yeah, the strap/clasp quality isn’t the strongest, especially if you take it on and off often — a lot of people have mentioned the same thing.
Best thing to do is open a case with WHOOP Support. They’ve been helping people with similar issues and even replacing faulty straps/sensors. Hopefully they sort yours out quickly, bro.
