I’d like to suggest that the Sleep Recommendation be presented differently. Take the below scenario for example. I have done well with my sleep recently (more sleep than recommended), and today it’s presenting a sleep recommendation of a 1:14am bedtime. I don’t think in any world, 1:14am should be a “recommended” bedtime. Instead, it should be presented as a “latest available for your goal” (choose more elegant phrasing) , but still “Recommend” a reasonable healthy time (even if it means I out perform my goal. Maybe we present multiple options. “Recommended” and “Latest Possible” etc. A simple nuance - but meaningful one. I don’t think this is representative of the right actions. 1:14am is not the recommendation - it’s the latest possible for my goal.
