Sleep Planner/Tonight's Sleep not showing up

I just bought the WHOOP 5.0 and the app showed a sleep planner page for the first night, but now that page has disappeared. I have the strap for about a day and a half. Wondering how to access the sleep planner again or if I just have to wait for it to calibrate?

What you’re seeing is completely normal. The Sleep Planner screen you saw on your first night appears during onboarding to introduce how WHOOP guides sleep. After that, WHOOP needs a bit more of your personal data — typically a couple of nights of sleep and daily strain — before it consistently surfaces your nightly Sleep Planner.

You can always access it again from the Home Screen:

  1. Open the WHOOP app
  2. Scroll on your Home Screen until you see the Tonight’s Sleep tile (this was recently moved higher up in the layout for easier access)
  3. Tap into it to view your Sleep Need, bedtime guidance, and planner options

If you don’t see it yet, it just means WHOOP is still calibrating your baseline — this is expected in your first few days, and the tile will begin appearing once there’s enough data to generate personalized recommendations.
