Is there a way to turn off all push notifications except for the activity ones? Specifically the sleep notifications. I keep trying to fall a sleep, only to get a buzz on my phone that wakes me back up to tell me I should go to sleep. I really wish you could customize these.

Currently, WHOOP does not offer the ability to fully customize notifications by category, such as turning off all except activity notifications while keeping sleep notifications off.
