Sleep differently, sleep stats will always be off for me

Nightly sleep time has always averaged about 6 hours for me. I’m not able to sleep more (I’d be lying in bed staring at the ceiling), and with six hours I feel good. Just the way I’m built, I guess. Of course, this will make my sleep scores always bad, even though for me ~6 hours is good. Will my Whoop Life system eventually learn this and accommodate this, or are my sleep scores always going to be poor?

Hi @slosuenos,

WHOOP has recently updated its Sleep Performance feature to provide a more comprehensive view of sleep quality, moving beyond just “hours slept vs. hours needed” to include factors such as sleep consistency, efficiency, and stress levels. Even with lower hours in bed, you can still achieve a strong Sleep Performance by maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and taking the steps to improve efficiency and reduce within-sleep stress.
