Sleep Data Logged On Wrong Day

My Monday night sleep was logged for Wednesday. The sleep data is accurate, but just logged for the wrong day. I tried manually entering my sleep data for Monday but the app says there is an overlapping activity despite the absence of any sleep data on the dashboard. I attached three pictures below. I would appreciate if someone could help me debug this.

It sounds like there may be a hidden or overlapping activity blocking the sleep entry, even if nothing shows up on your main dashboard. A few things you can try:

  • Check if there are any naps, workouts, or other activities logged around that time that might overlap. Sometimes they don’t appear clearly on the dashboard.

  • If you spot one, delete it or adjust the times so it doesn’t conflict.

  • If the app split your sleep into a nap and a main sleep, you can tap the nap, hit the three dots, and choose Convert to Sleep.

  • Once overlaps are cleared, try logging the sleep again with the + icon.

  • Also, make sure the app’s up to date and restart it if the issue continues.
