Skin Irritation Issue – Request for Refund After Renewal

Hello WHOOP Team,

I’ve been a WHOOP member for more than a year and genuinely loved the product.

Unfortunately, I’ve recently been experiencing recurring skin irritation under the band. At first I thought the strap might have been too tight, so I loosened it and even stopped wearing it for several days until my skin healed. When the issue continued, I assumed my device might be worn out and I upgraded to WHOOP 5.0.

While the device itself is great, the same skin reaction returned after upgrading. At this point, wearing the band is physically uncomfortable and I no longer feel able to use WHOOP safely or consistently due to the irritation.

I recently renewed a full-year membership and now find myself unable to use the product due to this reaction. I would kindly like to ask if a refund or a prorated cancellation could be considered under these circumstances, as this is a health-related issue rather than a usage preference.

I’m happy to provide photos if needed and return the device if required.
