Should a 12-month WHOOP gift membership include a device?

Hi everyone,

Quick question: I ordered a 12-month WHOOP gift membership with a Gift Kit, but the package only included the strap and gift kit — no WHOOP device.

Is the device supposed to come with it, or does it ship separately?

Hello! The WHOOP device should be included with the gift membership order and ships together with the strap and gift kit. It shouldn’t arrive separately. If the device wasn’t included in the package you received, please reach out to support@whoop.com so our team can look into this.
