Shipping the whoop 5.0 to Brazil

When are whoop expecting to ship to brazil? I already have the 4.0 and it was shipped here through amazon. Why isnt available now?

WHOOP ships to a variety of regions, but currently we do not support shipping to Brazil directly or via Amazon. If you are located in Brazil we are not able to fulfill your 5.0 order at this time.

I live in Brazil also and Iā€™m still waiting for the change as well so I can upgrade. Why is it that a special order cannot be made where the customer takes full responsibility of the shipping and import fees?
