Sensor Not working

I am experiencing an issue with my WHOOP strap. The sensor is not showing any light and it has stopped collecting data completely. I also tried charging it with the battery pack, but it still does not appear to be working.

Additionally, I am not getting the blue light that allows the device to enter pairing mode, so I am unable to connect it through the app.

I am facing the same, have it worked with you ?

No nothing new still can’t pair it in the app and the sensor has no green light at all

Same problem with me - happened at midnight and logged a ticket but so far no update

Its seems that many people are facing the same issues, lets wait for the update

It seems there is a bug in the app itself, will wait

Do you think there would any other way to escalate and reach them

I don’t think so , I sent an email to the support team

There is no direct contact with them as far as I know

same here , no light on the sensor despite tapping multiple times, device not detected. waiting for resolution from support. they say many users are facing the same issue.

Yup same thing here it stopped syncing yesterday at 11:55AM, no lights no nothing, and I keep getting AI automated responses from their support email

I reached out to whoop support, and they are already issuing a replacement and 1 extra week for free for the trouble, but still didn’t get any updates regarding when I will get the replacement

So just for you guys to know do the same and lets see.

Same here i experienced the same thing, i tried to reboot it the sensor and it worked, but the next day it also stopped working again

have told the support that device can’t be paired and they expect me to update the firmware :expressionless: still waiting for a response on what to do !
