Sensor connectivity issues with App/ Bluetooth

I’ve tried everything Whoop has asked me to do, but nothing is working. My device/ sensor is simply no longer connecting with the app via bluetooth. I get an error every single time. I’ve tried rebooting, resetting, force quitting app and phone, nada. It’s a new device. I emailed and got a bot (AI-generated) response, responded to that email to no avail. What can be done here…
