Selective units for different elements

I know there is a universal unit setting for kg vs Lbs. The problem is, in other countries than the US, kg is used for body weight, but Lbs are still used for gym equipment.

Ideally I’d like to be be able to set body weight by kg. And exercise sets by Lbs or kg’s

If I set the universal unit to LBS, it does not update on strength trainer programs already built. They stay in KGs. Even when adding a new exercise.

Is this a software bug?

I use kg for weight and miles for distance
