Returning my whoop band

Dear whoop my free trial ended and I wasn’t able to return my whoop band in that 30day time period. Also i was charged for a full year’s subscription without my consent and now I would like to return my device and get a full refund but I can’t request a return label in the app.

Please help me sort this issue out.

Sorry @Barni007, WHOOP doesn’t accept returns after the trial period has ended, which is why you can’t generate a return label in the app.

Also you haven’t been charged without your consent, it’s stated when you sign up that you’ll be charged if you don’t cancel before the end of the trial:

As far as I know, there is no method to receive a refund at this point, so you might as well continue to use WHOOP since you’ve paid for it. It’s continually improving so hopefully you’ll find it useful.

If you’re determined that you don’t want to use it, you should make sure that your subscription doesn’t auto-renew at the end of this 12 month commitment.
