Return whoop equipment

Hi,

My whoop just died and I’ve received an email for its replacement. I assume it will be replaced both sensor and battery.

I have now to return my whoop sensor. It is not clear, should I sent only the sensor or everything?
Battery and whoop sensor? Does anyone know?
