This is the most frustrating experience trying to exchange something. Can someone human, not AI generated, tell me how to exchange a recent purchase for an Arm Sleeve for a different size. Every single set of instructions does not work. This is the worst customer experience I can recall, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to make a quick size exchange. Don’t send me another link that doesn’t work and gets me nowhere!

Someone did email me the next day and handled the problem well, but man the system is so frustrating for something that should be so simple. Hope you get your problem fixed soon.
