Received my free trial Whoop device, realised it wasn’t what I want or need so initiated a return on 13th July.
Paid 12 EUR for return postage and was told return label would be emailed to me and that I had 7 days from cancellation to post it back.
Today is the 18th July and still not received the email with the returns label.
I have received emails stating I need to send it back otherwise I will be charged 134 EUR!
Customer support is not reachable. Please send me the support labels. I will dispute any further charges. This isn´t my fault and I see many others facing the exact same behavior from Whoop.
