I upgraded my whoop band and my wife tried my old one. She is not getting on with it and wishes to return. I have tried 2 support requests and not had a reply. We have tried through her app with no joy. Is anyone able to help. I can’t find a support number call. This level of customer service really is very poor. I do not want to be charged and then chase monies. I am happy with mine and wish to keep it.
You can’t “return” an old band. If she is just trying it out then she is within the trial period window. Just cancel the subscription during the trial period and you won’t be charged.
So I cancel it on her app. Then will she get instructions on how to return it? I will try that option later. Thanks.
