I am writing because I am beyond frustrated with this entire experience. I purchased my product on February 12 and received it yesterday, only to find that the band I ordered is defective. I have tried repeatedly to use your AI customer service system, but it is absolutely useless. It keeps giving me the same instructions and processes that do not work, and there is no option to get help from an actual human being.
I am requesting an immediate replacement or a full refund and return label. The system is not cooperating, the workflow is broken, and I cannot resolve something as basic as reporting a faulty item.
I need a real person to contact me right away. This experience has been so disappointing that, within 24 hours, Iām already considering going back to my previous health tracker brand simply because their customer support actually exists.
I like the product, but the customer service has been horrible. Please resolve this immediately. I expect a response from a human representative within 24 hours.
