Restore streak lost due to dead charger

My battery charger died while I was on holiday and I lost my streak. My charger was replaced but I lost my streak. Is it possible for support to restore the streak?

Currently, WHOOP does not have a feature to restore lost streaks if data was not collected on a calendar day. The streak feature tracks consecutive days of WHOOP data collection, and if no data is collected on a given day, the streak resets to zero.

If your battery charger died and your device was off during that time, resulting in no data collection, the streak would unfortunately reset. However, you can continue to build your streak moving forward by ensuring your device collects data daily.

I read about a user with a similar issue, and Whoop support had reset their streak manually.
