have a question regarding my account and subscription. A few months ago, my trial period ended, and I returned the tracker as requested. Recently, I renewed (or activated) my subscription; however, I did so without receiving a new tracker.
At the moment, my subscription is active, but I am unable to use your service because I do not have a device.
Could you please clarify if it is possible to receive a WHOOP tracker with my current subscription? If any additional steps are required from my side, please let me know.
