I recently returned my Whoop Band 5.0 after a trial period as I wasn’t ready to commit to a membership at that time. However, I have reconsidered and would now like to resume using the service.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the physical band. Would it be possible for you to reissue the Band 5.0 to me? I am prepared to purchase a membership immediately upon receiving the device.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Please let me know what options are available.
