Lost my whoop at airport security. I was looking to buy a replacement sensor. Whoop support sends me a link to a replacement strap and insists it’s the right link despite many back and forth. Anyone know how to get a replacement sensor?
Hey there @cantony - thanks for the post! Sorry to hear about your lost WHOOP. I just took a look at your email with our support team and can confirm that the Shop link you were pointed to is the correct page/SKU for a replacement WHOOP 5.0 sensor. 
I think where some of the disconnect may have stemmed from is that the page refers to it as a “Strap”.
If you follow that link provided, you can go ahead and pick up the replacement you need and get back on track! Let us know if you have any other questions, and I apologize again for any inconvenience this caused. We’ll definitely take this into account as constructive feedback – it’s the only way we get better!

Hi @cantony - I can confirm that the page in your screenshot is for a replacement WHOOP 5.0 sensor (the device that does all the data collection), and it comes with the default black band you see in the photo.

I am having the same problem as others in the thread. My whoop fell off while hiking, and it is incredibly difficult to order a replacement. When I try to order the replacement sensor, the link transfers me to the “replacement band”. How did you guys solve this?
I got my replacement sensor with a strap. So even though the cart says only a strap you actually get the sensor too.
