I bought a whoop life annual membership from amazon- the box also mentioned 12 month membership, however the app states my free trial will expired and showing “reactivate your
membership” . my annual membership will get renewed by December this year.
Can someone please help me out? I don’t want to pay the annual membership fees twice .
