I would like to proceed with the cancellation and refund request. However, I am currently based in Egypt, and unfortunately, returning the device is very difficult for me.
Shipping from Egypt is quite expensive and complicated, and I also noticed that the return form/link provided does not support Egypt as a return location.
Given that this charge was unintentional and happened within 24 hours, I kindly ask if there is any alternative solution. For example, is it possible to process the refund without requiring the device return, or offer a partial refund instead?
I truly appreciate your understanding and support, and I’m happy to follow any alternative steps you may suggest.
