Refund and how to get it

Just got a notification from my bank saying my whoop has renewed for 2026, any way I can get a refund. And how stupid is it that they don’t even give you a reminder

Same thing happened to me today. Charged for a whole year of membership. No reminder was given. So I cancelled it today so I wouldn’t get charged the following December 31st 2026. But I would like to get a refund because I wasn’t planning on keeping my whoop this year.

is there any update on this? suffered the same thing, auto renewed, canceled the membership. i would like my money refunded for 2026. This is the opposite of serving your customers.

I emailed whoop support and I was told that I can’t get a refund after I was charged. What bothers me is the fact they don’t remind you and charge you for a whole year. They have to change that. That is bad customer service. But I’m sure they make a lot of money not reminding their customers.
