Referral cancellation

I gifted my old whoop to my sister-in-law to try. She tried for a week, but decided she did not like anything on her arm. She tried to cancel her trial membership, but has received no response. We believe she inadvertently entered a wrong email address. Can you send verification of cancellation. The problems with customer service continue. After several emails, her account was finally refunded. However, today, she was charged again. She tried the watch one week and did not like it. She cancelled in August! This should be simpler. Your customer service will have to improve. It’s dismal!
