Recovery score not updated on App

I’m reaching out once again regarding an ongoing issue with the recovery data display on the WHOOP app. Today is Friday, but the app is showing recovery data for Saturday, while Thursday’s data is missing entirely. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this — it has happened multiple times, and I’ve previously reported it via email.

While I understand from your earlier responses that the data is being captured on the backend, it’s quite frustrating that it’s not visible within the app when I need it. The main purpose of WHOOP for me is to plan my day based on my recovery score, and when it’s missing or incorrectly shown, it disrupts that routine.

Additionally, I’m currently unable to access my Outlook, so I’m using this channel to communicate the issue.

Could you please look into this and let me know how to resolve it? I’d also appreciate if you could ensure this issue is permanently addressed moving forward.

Thank you for your support.

@Barjesh121289 I’m on the case. I just connected with our team to see if others are experiencing this. Stay tuned.

Still the same issue.
Now my data for Thursday is missing.

Hey @Barjesh121289, In know it sounds simple, but honestly some of these quick fixes have helped me when things start acting funky. Try running through these steps and see if any of them do the trick:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your WHOOP is showing as connected.
  • Toggle Bluetooth off and back on—sometimes a quick reset does the trick.
  • Open the WHOOP app, head to Device Settings, and tap “Sync Now” to manually start a sync.
  • If it’s still not syncing, go into your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget the WHOOP device, and then re-pair it.
  • While you’re in the app, check under Device Settings for any available firmware updates.
  • A good old-fashioned restart can help—try restarting both your phone and WHOOP.
  • Still stuck? Try deleting and reinstalling the WHOOP app.
