Read it on the Locker: What's Next for WHOOP in 2025

Happy Friday WHOOP Community!

Check out this Locker post from Ed Baker, our Chief Product Officer – here’s an excerpt:

We know our members care deeply about what’s coming next, which is why we’re excited to share a look at our product roadmap. Some features are already in development and coming soon in the next 6 months. Others are still taking shape and on the horizon for 2026, and some we can’t talk about just yet. Everything here will evolve based on your feedback and the latest in health and performance science.

WHOOP began by helping elite athletes reach peak performance. Over time, we’ve learned that performance isn’t just for game day — it’s for every day. It’s about showing up at your best for the people and passions that matter most to you. That insight expanded our mission: to unlock human performance and healthspan. We believe in a future where people don’t just live longer, they live better. It starts with one simple idea: empower people to make smarter daily choices that drive lifelong improvements in health.

Our long-term goal? To collectively add one billion healthy years to people’s lives. Here’s how we plan to get there. Continue reading on our blog, the Locker.

Cheers!

I can see - or at least assume - that Whoop is moving towards a smart watch style health tracker device without display. I subscribed to bring my training onto a new level. Like always being advertised that it is for serious athletes. I have the feeling it is more and more moving away from it now. Steps and streaks for example already show this. Not what I wanted and what I was searching for unfortunately

I see in the full report that you will be looking into better HR reporting right at the bottom of the page. That should be top and main focus because Whoop MG continues to be poor on the wrist. Only solution is to move the whoop band up the arm but it is a guessing game as to how high. Today it was for sure not in a good place.

Please address the HR issues first.

Today was a recovery ride with one section where I pushed a bit hard, hence the 150bpm spike the rest was a recovery ride. Whoop thinks I was in the Tour De France :face_with_diagonal_mouth:
