I previously had a trial account and had to send back my Whoop band at the end of the trial month.
I have now reactivated my subscription, but I wasn’t able to order a new band.

Hey @bilaldemirhan91 , welcome back! Since you returned your WHOOP band after your trial, you’ll need a new device to get back up and running. I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket on your behalf; the team will be in touch via email with next steps.
Hey, thanks for the answer. Ive been in contact with support and its kinda hard to communicate with them.
They wanted me to upgrade or renew once more to get another sensor.
I am not willing to pay more.
