I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has been in this situation.
A few months ago, I did the WHOOP free trial. When it ended, I didn’t want to continue at the time, so I sent everything back (strap, battery, cable) as required.
Well, I’ve changed my mind and just re-activated my membership! The problem is, WHOOP seems to think I still have my old device. Since I returned it after the trial, I’m now paying for a subscription but have no sensor, no battery pack, and no charger to actually use it.
Has anyone here successfully requested a new WHOOP Peak (5.0) starter kit after re-activating?
I’ve already reached out to support to let them know I need the full package (sensor, Onyx strap, battery, and cable) to actually use the service I’m paying for. If they can’t send out the hardware included in the membership, I’ll probably have to cancel again.
Does anyone know if there’s a faster way to trigger the hardware shipment in the app, or how long they usually take to respond to this?
