Hi! I remember there was a promotion where you could give your old Whoop 4.0 to someone else once your 5.0 arrived. Is that still available or was it a limited-time offer? Thanks!
Hi @Arturo_Elizaga - that is still available! If you go into the “More” tab on the bottom of the WHOOP app, there should be a button at the top to “Gift Your 4.0”. If you click on that there should be steps you can follow! Let me know if there’s any issues.
