I recently purchased a band for my WHOOP device from the UK store.
I mistakenly ordered a WHOOP 5.0 band, but my device is actually WHOOP 4.0.
The band is unused and still in its original packaging.
Can somebody give me advice if I can have it return and replace? Thank you for your help!
The return process for bands is initiated by contacting WHOOP support within 30 days of delivery. There isn’t a direct self-serve return link in the app or website for returns; you need to reach out to start the return and receive your return label.
