Pulse Ox Sensing/HR Alarms

Any thoughts on having all-day or on-demand O2 sensing and high/low HR alerts? Currently I wear a Garmin, Oura Ring, and Whoop 5.0. Would love to just upgrade to MG Whoop and ditch the others, but need to track O2 variations (especially during sleep) and HR alarms for high and low HR outside of activity.
