I accidentally installed the WHOOP 4.0 Fast Link backwards while reassembling my band. I didn’t realize it until it was almost fully inserted. Now the Fast Link is completely stuck—it won’t move forward or backward at all. Because of that, the sensor is also stuck on the band and won’t slide out anymore. The sensor is still working and recording data, but I can’t remove it or fix the orientation of the Fast Link. Has anyone experienced this before or knows a way to get it unstuck without damaging the band or the sensor?
