Barely 12 hours with the Whoop wristband.

Already a connection problem after flying, Bluetooth disconnected, resulting in the inability to reconnect the wristband.

I press and hold the back of the device, but the blue light never appears.

Sorry for the frustration. Here are some steps you can try:

  1. Forget WHOOP in Bluetooth Settings:

    • Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

    • Find WHOOP in the list and select “Forget Device.”

  2. Restart Your Phone:

    • Power off your phone completely, then turn it back on.
  3. Ensure the Sensor is Charged:

    • Make sure your WHOOP device has enough charge.
  4. Activate Pairing Mode:

    • Remove the device from your wrist.

    • Ensure the bottom LEDs are off.

    • Hold the sensor by its sides.

    • Firmly and continuously tap the top of the sensor with two fingers until you see blue LEDs flashing. If you see blue and white, keep tapping until only blue appears.

  5. Reopen the WHOOP App:

    • Open the app and follow the prompts to reconnect your device.
