Hello, i bought my whoop with 12 month subscription on 22.7.2025- i haven’t used my band in 2 months due to some issues but when i log in to my account i have to pay another subscription, i can’t see any of my plans and i have to literally create new account that whoop doesn’t rember or i don’t understand where is the problem.
