Hello. My Whoop has stopped syncing with my phone, the last time it synced was at 8:23 AM. Since then it has been trying to transfer data to the app to no avail. Restarting the Whoop, my mobile phone and reconnecting has not yielded any positive results. What could be the problem?
Hi @dproninmsk,
Sorry you’re running into syncing issues. Here are some steps that usually help:
- First, make sure Bluetooth is on and WHOOP shows as connected in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- Try toggling Bluetooth off and back on again.
- In the WHOOP app, head to Device Settings and tap “Sync Now” to manually trigger a sync.
- If that doesn’t do the trick, forget the WHOOP device in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and reconnect it through the app.
- Check the app for any firmware updates for your WHOOP and install them if available.
- Make sure your phone isn’t in Airplane Mode, Low Power Mode, or using battery settings that might limit background syncing.
- Keep the WHOOP app open in the background while syncing.
- And if nothing else works, try reinstalling the WHOOP app.
