I have a WHOOP 5, and after about a week of use it suddenly disconnected from the app. Since then, I haven’t been able to pair it again – I only get a “connection failed” message.
I already tried all the troubleshooting steps listed on the support page, but nothing works. When I try to re-pair by tapping the device, the light doesn’t turn on as shown in the instructions, and pairing is not possible.
Could you please advise me on how to fix this issue?

If you’ve done everything here (especially charging the device and trying to activate pairing), and the sensor still doesn’t light up, you should contact WHOOP Support directly via the app or email (support@whoop.com) because it might need to be replaced. Unfortunately, the first two links you provided appear to be inactive – the message says “Page is unavailable.” Additionally, the third one doesn’t address my issue.

The links you previously provided are now unavailable again. However, I was able to access them yesterday, and unfortunately none of the suggested solutions worked.
I also made sure to charge my WHOOP device further – even though it was already around 60% when the connection was first lost - but it didn’t help. I’m still unable to pair it with the app.
When I try to initiate pairing by tapping the device, the light doesn’t turn on as described in the instructions, and the pairing process cannot proceed.
