Yes but just sliding upp a few inches doesn’t work for me. It needs to be worn tight on the thickes part of the forearm. As you mentioned, whoop is accurate (somewhat) wearing it on the wrist in everyday life. The struggle for me starts especially when I run. Perhaps I just was lucky today. My runs the last couple of weeks, wearing it on the biceps, has been really bad, and aswell when i was wearing it on my wrist. It has been so bad that my avarage strain level got up with over one point, from 14 to 15 this last month. I suspect the colder weather has something to do with the decreased accuracy. Looking back at my summertraining the accuracy wasn’t this bad. I will continue to wear whoop on my forearm, using the bicep band. Then I don’t have to adjust my wrist band. When I conclude my experience with Whoop 5.0 I am happy with it in everyday life. Especially the data and the ability to really deep dive in my slepp and recovery. I adjust my time in heart rate zones so it is similiar to my OH1-armband. But I haven’t taken the strain so serious day to day, but I look at strain in long term evaluation. I am interested in the MG, due to that I have had problems with afib (done a succeful surgery for that) and blood pressure. I have a real BP-arm sleeve at home but always forget to use it. With the MG I would get the overall trend for my BP and also afib-detection.
