Please can somebody help me to cancel free trail

Sorry to hear you won’t be continuing your WHOOP membership. We would love to hear your feedback if you are open to sharing.

To cancel your free trial and avoid being charged, please follow these steps within your 1-month trial period:

  1. Open the WHOOP app.

  2. Go to the More tab.

  3. Select My Account > Membership.

  4. Follow the in-app cancellation flow to initiate your return.

  5. Download the provided return label or QR code.

  6. Mail back your WHOOP 5.0 device and charger within 7 days of requesting the return label.

Please note: If you do not return the device and charger, a $110 restocking fee will apply.
