Please arrange a replacement

My WHOOP strap is under warranty.

It shows a solid yellow/amber light, does not blink blue, and won’t enter pairing mode.

I’ve tried removing the battery multiple times and restarting Bluetooth.

The strap is not discoverable and appears to be a hardware failure.

Please arrange a replacement.
