Hi WHOOP Team,
I’ve been using WHOOP for over two years, and I’d like to suggest adding “Calisthenics” as an activity option. It’s currently missing, so sessions have to be logged under “Other activities,” which doesn’t reflect the actual workout.
Why this matters:

Calisthenics is a rapidly growing discipline combining bodyweight strength, mobility, and skill work (pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, handstands, front/back levers, planche, etc.).

It has distinct physiological demands, high strain with unique heart rate and recovery patterns.

Many WHOOP users (including myself) train primarily in calisthenics and would benefit from proper tracking.
