Pending order with no update for 2 months

Order B50053826 partially delivered and empty promises from support team with no clear date and explanation on whats to be customised in a band and standard sized hoodie and tshirt which they marketed as available in website.

Almost a month since order was placed and complaint raised along with necessary proof for partial delivery. All I get is template response from AI and empty assurance on necessary personal looking into pending order.

Question now is more on when will order be filled?

It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to be asked again for the same information that has already been shared multiple times under incidents #04482442 and #04643997 for order B50053826.

To make matters worse, a new case #04883456 has been created instead of resolving the existing ones on the same topic.
