can you please remove my payment method permanently
Hi @aelita_a,
Active WHOOP members cannot fully remove a payment method from their account, but they can update it at any time. When you update your payment method, the new one will replace the current one on file.
To update your payment method:

In the WHOOP app, go to Menu (bottom right) > My Account > Payment Method, then enter and save your new payment details.

Or on the web, log in at app.whoop.com, go to Membership, then under the Payment section select Update and enter your new payment details.
