My membership expired few days ago and I decided to pause it for 3 months, but I cant find PAUSE option under membership section.
Anyone else had the same issue?

Could you share a screenshot so we can look into it further? Please note, to be eligible to pause, you must have an active membership, not be in a commitment period, and not have paused within the last 12 months.
