I renewed with 5.0 device, but my old sensor is currently broken.So i cant use the subscription.
I would like to pause it until i recive the new device.

Thanks for writing in and it sounds like a new sensor is on it’s way.
You can pause your WHOOP membership for up to 3 months by following these steps:
Log in to your account at app.whoop.com.
Go to the Membership section.
Select “Pause Membership.”
Choose how long you’d like to pause (up to 3 months).
Confirm the pause request.
Billing will be temporarily suspended while your membership is paused, and your data will be saved. You can resume your membership at any time by going back to the Membership section and selecting “Resume Membership.”
