Pairing issue - wrist band sensor and mobile app

Hi

My mobile app is not pairing with device(wrist) sensor.

I followed the instructions but still couldn’t pair.

One observation though is, device displayed green light when tapped instead of blue light.

could you please help me?

I have the same issue - did you manage to resolve it? I too have followed all the instructions, bluetooth on and off, pairing through the app, deleting and reinstalling the app.. when I tap the band it is just showing green, and app not connecting despite it finding the device.

I also have the same issue. Cant get blue light to come on. Does the company ever respond to these issues?
