Pair problem (green light)

I have a problem connecting the device. The device doesn’t show a blue light, it’s always green. I’ve tried everything.

If your WHOOP device isn’t showing the blue pairing light and just stays green, try these steps:

  1. Make sure it’s charged: Double-tap the top of the sensor—if you see green LEDs, it’s got battery. When you’re trying to pair, try sliding the battery pack on at the same time.
  2. If it’s charged but still not flashing blue, try a reboot from the app:
    Go to Menu > Device Settings > Advanced > Reboot Device.
  3. To get into pairing mode, firmly tap and hold the top of the sensor. You should see the blue light once it kicks in.
  4. Take the sensor off your wrist before pairing—the green lights underneath should be off when you’re trying to pair.
  5. Wipe down the sensor and charging contacts with a dry microfiber cloth, just in case there’s sweat or dust causing issues.
  6. Double-check in the app that your firmware is up to date.
