Paid membership but it says I have to renew on application

Hi, I already paid for my Whoop membership. However, I cancelled my free trial because I wanted to order a new one, and now it seems that I have lost the membership for the new Whoop that I had already paid for.

has anyone experienced this?

Hi there! If you are attempting to use the same account that was connected to the canceled trial, you will need to reactivate before pairing your new WHOOP. Once it’s been reactivated, you can pair, and the prepaid membership will load for you!
